Evaluation
For skiing and snowboarding, there are 60 km of slopes available. 9 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is situated between the elevations of 1,083 and 1,588 m.
From Courtenay, it takes just under half an hour to drive up to the base station of the Mt. Washington ski area, the only large ski resort on Vancouver Island. In good weather, you can see all the way to the Pacific and admire the deep blue sea.
