Environmental friendliness of the ski resort Les Planards

In order to protect the unique natural environment, environmental protection plays a big role at the ski resorts of Chamonix. They encourage guests to leave their cars parked and to use the Chamonix Public Transport System. The buses and trains connect all Chamonix ski resorts to each other. The slopes are only opened when there is a sufficient base of snow.
