Gastronomy (ski huts, restaurants, eating at the ski resort) Les 3 Vallées – Val Thorens/Les Menuires/Méribel/Courchevel
In the Les 3 Vallées ski area, you can enjoy excellent dining – even directly on the slopes, there are restaurants with Guide Michelin awards. Typical dishes include Savoyard specialties such as Tartiflette, Croûte Savoyarde, Raclette, or Fondue, but modern French cuisine, Mediterranean influences, and creative gourmet concepts are also represented. In general, even in the more modest-looking restaurants, meals tend to be more substantial, but there are also snacks and self-service options available. Each resort offers a wide range of places to stop for a meal, and you can also find wonderful dining spots at the various mountain summits.
