The evaluation is done as follows
Advanced skiing, freeriding (powder snow skiing) Les 3 Vallées – Val Thorens/Les Menuires/Méribel/Courchevel
The Les 3 Vallées ski area can aptly be described as a freeride paradise. The off-piste opportunities are virtually endless—but you should only venture into the vast slopes with a guide and the appropriate equipment. Only at the border of the national park are there restricted zones; elsewhere, your skill and common sense set the limits. For those who want to challenge themselves on difficult slopes and mogul runs, there are also plenty of options. The impressive lengths and vertical drops add even more to the enjoyment.
- very many freeride/deep snow areas
- very many mogul slopes
