Environmental friendliness of the ski resort Hohsaas – Saas-Grund

It is not permitted to ski through forest protection areas in the Hohsaas ski resort. The use of public transportation is supported. Use of the bus throughout the entire Saas Valley is included in the visitors card (Gästekarte).

Quality and Environmental Management System as per ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:4004

• No direct train connection
  The nearest train station is Stalden-Saas, which is about 15 km away from the Hohsaas ski resort. Buses also travel from the larger train stations (Brig and Visp).

• All villages in the Saas Valley are well-connected by bus. There is also an hourly bus connection to Visp and Brig.
