The Grimentz/Zinal ski area is the largest winter sports resort in the Val d'Anniviers and is among the largest ski areas in Switzerland. The two formerly independent ski areas, Grimentz and Zinal, have been connected since the winter of 2013/14 by one of the longest cable cars in Switzerland. This allows visitors to fully enjoy the slopes at Sorebois/Espace Weisshorn (Zinal) and Bendolla/Becs de Boisson/Roc d'Orzival (Grimentz).
