The majority of slope-side dining can be found at the valley stations, with a wider selection in Les Saisies, Cohennoz, and Notre Dame de Bellecombe. Up on the mountain, you'll mostly find smaller, family-run restaurants with table service, serving high-quality local specialties and featuring large sun terraces. Prices are moderate.

Gastronomy tip

Le Benetton

Valley station Cos ski lift, Les Saisies

In a beautiful location above Les Saisies, generous portions are served here (sharing a main course is a good idea). The menu includes salads, pasta, and meat dishes, as well as regional classics such as Tartiflette, Fromage Blanc, or Tarte aux Myrtilles. Lovely sun terrace, table service.

Mountain hut tip

Le Serasson

Serasson downhill run between the top station of the Crêt du Midi chairlift and the La Pierre drag lift in Praz sur Arly

In addition to an excellent three-course menu with two options for each course and a reasonably priced plat du jour (dish of the day), the cozy hut serves specialties such as cheese fondue (Fondue Savoyarde), as well as soups, salads, cheese, and a small selection of meat dishes. From the terrace, you can enjoy the view of Montblanc.

Les Crêtes

Summit of Mont Rond

One of the few self-service restaurants in the ski area. Here you'll find simple snack dishes such as French fries, pizza, sandwiches, a slice of quiche or hot dog, as well as the classic plate with regional sausage specialties (Assiette Charcuterie). Small but fine selection of cakes and, for a self-service restaurant, a good selection of wines. Limited seating indoors, but a very beautiful view from the terrace.
