Access, Parking Bormio – Cima Bianca

Bormio is located in the north-east of Lombardy. From the north, the only access to the Italian ski resort is via Switzerland. The route takes you through the Munt la Schera road tunnel (toll charge) and Livigno. The road tunnel is single-lane and traffic passes through alternately in each direction. Special rules apply on Saturdays in winter and the direction remains unchanged for several hours. Check in advance!

From the south, access is via Tirano. Many mountain passes are closed in winter, so there are only these two access routes. Large payable car parks, including an underground car park, are located directly at the base station in Bormio. It would be possible to drive up to Bormio 2000 or Ciuk by car.
