Ski resorts Switzerland
The train station in Göschenen is set to be expanded and will also receive a new cable car. This will make Göschenen a central hub for trains, cable cars, buses, and cars (with a new parking garage). In the future, guests will be able to transfer in Göschenen easily, comfortably, safely, and barrier-free, and reach the Andermatt/Oberalp/Sedrun ski area. This will eliminate the need for a strenuous journey on mountain roads and waiting times, especially for day visitors. The Andermatt holiday region will thus be even better connected to Switzerland’s public transport network.
