At the valley station of the lifts in Montfrais
The small hut Au P'tit Truc is quietly located at the very edge of the ski area in Montfrais. Simple, regional dishes are served at moderate prices. In good weather, there is a cozy terrace with tables and deck chairs – and a palm tree!
La Combe Haute
At the valley station of the Chalvet lift, accessible via the Sarenne run
The Auberge de la Combe Haute is located deep in the Sarenne Gorge, right next to a small mountain stream and wonderfully sheltered from the wind. Slightly away from the hustle and bustle, you can relax on the large terrace or inside the house. The menu features mainly regional specialties, but also international dishes.
La Chantebise
At the mid-station of the Grandes Rousses gondola
The large hut La Chantebise is centrally located in the ski area, above the village of Alpe d'Huez. The hut's menu ranges from salads and sandwiches to French and international main courses and desserts. For a light snack, there are fresh crêpes available at the self-service stand. In good weather, the spacious terrace with tables and deck chairs invites you to take a long, relaxing sun break.
