Drehrestaurant Allalin

On the Mittelallalin at 3,500 m

The Allalin is the world's highest revolving restaurant. You can enjoy a relaxed meal here while admiring the changing panorama outside the window: the Po Valley in Italy, the eternally ice-covered Allalin mountain, the Dom, the highest mountain entirely on Swiss soil, and the Bernese Alps. The restaurant revolves once around its own axis each hour.

Bergrestaurant Spielboden

At the mountain station of the Spielbodenbahn lift at 2,450 m

The rustic and cosy Spielboden mountain restaurant serves very good cuisine and a wide selection of wines. In February 2013, it was awarded 18 out of a possible 20 Gault Millau points. In fine weather, there is an inviting sun terrace.

Gletschergrotte

At the Gletschergrotte valley run (4b) at 2,000 m

The Gletschergrotte, or “Gröttli”, is a top tip for delicious Valais specialities and a cosy atmosphere. From the sun terrace, you can enjoy an amazing view over the surrounding mountains and the ski resort of Saas-Fee. On cold days, you can warm up at the cosy fireplace in the rustic lounge.
