From Invermere you drive about 30 minutes up to the ski resort Panorama. At the entrance to the Village you have a lot of parking lots and then you can take the Village Gondola up to the base of the lifts. If you sty in one of the lodges you can check in at the Central Check In and drive to the lodges where you have a garage or a parking lot. Around Panorama Village are the Red Rider rope tow, the Silver Platter, a magic carpet and the Toby double chair lift, especially for beginners. At the Toby double chair the night skiing takes place and you will find a funpark, incl. GameCube Terrain Park and a halfpipe.
With the high speed quad Mile 1 and following with the new high speed quad Champagne Express you can go up nearly to the peak. From the top station of the Champagne Express you can cross via a flat way to the Summit quad, you can go into the Extreme Dream Zone, or you can swing down through forest aisles on runs of all levels down to Panorama Village or to the triple chair Sunbird. The Sunbird chair takes you up to the base station of the Champagne Express, too. Very recommendable are the runs through the Sun Bowl, there you find everything - sun, moguls, gladed runs and easy to advanced runs. If you take the Summit quad, you reach the highest point in the ski resort (2400m) and you have a fantastic view around the mountain range. From the peak you reach the advanced runs in the Taynton Bowl via the Outback Ridge, you can ski or ride the Extreme Dream Zone or you can go to the View of 1000 Peaks with more gladed runs. All the runs lead back to Panorama Village. In the village you will find some nice restaurants and bars for lunch or après aki. Don´t miss to visit the Panorama Springs with its hot tubs and pools - enjoy the warm water at the end of a day.
