Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows
Advanced skiing, freeriding (powder snow skiing) Isola 2000
The ski resort offers great freeride potential. The very sparse forest allows for off-piste descents. Many of the black runs are not groomed daily and develop into mogul slopes. The Méné sector is particularly recommended. It offers two long black runs and a large area of deep powder snow above the tree line. There are also many cleared forest corridors. However, the total number of designated black runs is limited compared to the rest of the slopes.
- many freeride/deep snow areas
- some mogul slopes
