The Grandvalira ski resort is located in the eastern part of Andorra. In Pas de la Casa, it borders directly on the French border. Guests coming from France can enter the ski area right here. The ski resort is about 6 km from the Andorran capital, Andorra la Vella. Guests from Spain usually pass through Andorra la Vella, and the next entry point is the Funicamp (funitel gondola lift) in Encamp. There is no valley run to Encamp. Many day visitors continue on to El Tarter, where there is a valley run and numerous paved and free parking spaces. Other entry points are in Canillo, Soldeu, and Grau Roig. Grau Roig offers many free parking options.
