Advanced skiing, freeriding (powder snow skiing) Flumserberg
There is plenty on offer for advanced skiers at Flumserberg. Challenging runs can be found between Twärchkamm and Arve, at Seebenalp, and especially at the Leist chairlift. The varied, wide powder slopes at Leist and the Panüölbahn make freeriders’ hearts beat faster. In general, the upper part of the ski area often offers the opportunity to head off-piste into the powder. The Terza run, an ungroomed ski route that starts just above Seebenalp and leads to Oberterzen, is a real adventure when snow conditions are good. The 6 km long route takes 30 to 60 minutes, and the views of the deep blue Walensee and the Churfirsten mountain range are magnificent.
