Access, Parking Flumserberg
Flumserberg is located between Zurich and Chur in the Heidiland holiday region in the canton of St. Gallen. This Swiss ski resort is very easy to reach. From Zurich, you can get to the ski area via the A3 in around 45 minutes, and from the German border at Lindau, it takes just over an hour via the Rheintal motorway and the A3. Access points are in Unterterzen on Lake Walen or directly at the top of Flumserberg.
The access point in Unterterzen on Lake Walen is only about 5 km from the motorway exits Murg and Walenstadt. The SeeJet gondola lift takes you comfortably to Tannenboden in 20 minutes, and after a short walk (200 m) you reach the ski area. There is no valley run to Unterterzen, so you take the gondola back down to the valley. The train station in Unterterzen is located right next to the valley station, making arrival by train a convenient option. The valley stations at Flumserberg in Tannenheim and Tannenboden can be quickly reached via a mountain road from Flums. All parking spaces are subject to a fee.
