Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows
Beginners First – Grindelwald
Beginners can ski in the upper area of the resort on easy slopes. From the highest point at Oberjoch at 2,500 m, you can ski down via Schreckfeld to Hohwald on easy and wide slopes. At Oberjoch, there is even a Slow Slope for skiing at a leisurely pace. First attempts can be made in the bodmiARENA on the magic carpet and the platter lift. The bodmiARENA is located slightly above Grindelwald and is easily accessible by ski bus. The valley runs are rather intermediate, so beginners should take the gondola down to the valley.
