Access, Parking First – Grindelwald

Grindelwald is located in the Jungfrau Region in the Bernese Oberland near Interlaken. From the A8 motorway, exit Wilderswil/Interlaken, a well-developed road leads to Grindelwald. After about 20 minutes of driving, you will reach Grindelwald. To get to the limited parking spaces at the Firstbahn, you have to drive almost through the entire village. There are only a few paid parking spaces available at the valley station. On weekends and peak days, the Firstbahn offers a park & ride parking lot before Grindelwald. You can park there and take the train to Grindelwald. From the train station, a bus runs to the valley station.
