On Saturday, December 13, 2025, “Chläuse & Chläusinnen” are invited to ski for free in Elm.
If you have a Santa costume, come to Elm as a “Chlaus” or “Chläusin” and enjoy the day on the slopes. The teams at Älpli and Munggä Hüttä look forward to your visit and will be happy to serve you something to strengthen you.
Bring your costume to enliven the slopes and put a smile on the faces of the little and big winter sports fans. Have fun!

If you don’t have a costume, you can purchase one from us for CHF 25.00.

On Saturday, December 20, 2025, children up to 16 years old ride ski lifts and snowboard lifts for free. With free use of the lift facilities we want to offer children a fantastic snowsport experience.

The alpine hut charm and candlelight atmosphere promise a truly special ambiance. You can reach the Älpli on foot in 15 minutes via a romantically lantern-lit winter hiking trail.

Enjoy New Year's Eve in the cozy Munggä Hüttä. A DJ will provide musical entertainment. Ski instructors from the Swiss Ski School Elm will safely guide you with snowshoes to the Munggä Hüttä and back to the mountain station.

Vreni Schneider Sport is offering a snowboard/ski test event at the mountain‑restaurant Bergrestaurant Ämpächli in Elm.

On Saturday, 3 & Sunday, 4 January 2026, from 09:00 to 15:00, you can test skis of the following brands:

- Van Deer
- Atomic
- Blizzard

On Saturday, January 24, and Sunday, January 26, 2026, the STÖCKLI SKI TEST will take place in the Elm ski area, as well as the snowboard test by Bikestopstation Ennenda. Take the opportunity to test the latest ski and snowboard models for free on site in Elm.

The test starts each day at 9:00 a.m. in front of the mountain restaurant Ämpächli.

On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 9:27 a.m., the sun will shine through the Martinsloch onto the terrace of the Ämpächli mountain restaurant.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the Ämpächli restaurant and marvel at the solar phenomenon as the sun shines through the Martinsloch onto the terrace of the mountain restaurant.

This spectacle will be accompanied by Stefan Elmer, who will tell the legend of Martin and the Martinsloch.
