Advanced skiing, freeriding (powder snow skiing) Disentis
Disentis is a paradise for freeriders. Endless, unsecured freeride opportunities are available above the tree line. The challenging valley run is also popular among experts. In the lower section, the valley run is a flat trail, but even here you can find steep shortcuts through deep powder. At Gendusas, there is a permanent avalanche rescue training area.
