The Brigels/Waltensburg/Andiast ski area is located in the Surselva region and is easily accessible in winter via the greater Chur area. From Ticino or Italy, you can also reach it via the Lukmanier Pass (usually open in winter). From the greater Chur area, a well-developed road leads from the Reichenau/Disentis exit of the A13 St. Margrethen-Bellinzona motorway through the valley and then along mountain roads to the entry points in Waltensburg (Vuorz) and Brigels (Breil). For day visitors, Waltensburg is quicker to reach. Parking at both entry points is subject to a fee.
