Description Adelboden/Lenk – Chuenisbärgli/Silleren/Hahnenmoos/Metsch

From the village of Adelboden, a circulating gondola lift with a curve takes you down to Oey, where a six-person gondola lift carries you directly—without changing lifts—over two mid-stations up to Sillerenbühl. At the top, the detachable six-seater chairlift with weather protection hoods from Aebi also ends. The runs down over the Sandige Boden are mostly intermediate and on treeless slopes. Thanks to the detachable six-seater chairlift with weather protection hoods, you can quickly and safely get back up the mountain.

From the valley station of the six-seater chairlift, the run continues to the Eselmoos double chairlift, which takes you a short distance back up to the mid-station of the gondola lift from Adelboden. With sufficient snow, a ski trail leads all the way down to Oey-Adelboden. Alternatively, you can take the Höchsthorn four-seater chairlift to reach the sporty slopes at the World Cup run Chuenisbärgli.

If you want to ski from Sillerenbühl over to Geils, it is recommended to take the Stand drag lift, as this allows you to enjoy another beautiful intermediate run and avoid the long ski trail that leads directly from Sillerenbühl.

In Geils, the detachable Luegli four-seater chairlift starts, offering wonderful runs above the tree line. Additionally, the combi-lift with eight-person gondolas and six-seater chairs runs from Geils to Hahnenmoos, which is the connecting ridge over to Lenk. Another lift starts in Geils: the detachable four-seater chairlift with weather protection hoods and heated seats up to Lavey. From here, fantastic sporty runs start in all directions, and you can ski down to Adelboden, Metsch-Lenk, or Geils. From the Lenk side, the first 10-person gondola lift in the Bernese Oberland quickly takes you up to Metschstand. The Stand-Xpress I+II leads over a mid-station directly to the summit. Further six-seater chairlifts with weather protection hoods open up the beautiful wide slopes on the Lenk side.

The Adelboden-Lenk ski area boasts an extremely high density of mountain lodges, après-ski bars, and restaurants with a great variety. Culinary delights are certainly not neglected here.
