Beginner-friendly rating Lofer – Loferer Alm (Almenwelt Lofer)

Test result4 out of 5 stars

Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows

Beginners Lofer – Loferer Alm (Almenwelt Lofer)

There is an ideal area for beginners at the mountain station of the Loferer Almbahn II lift. A covered 140 m long people mover (magic carpet) and the 6-person Family Express chairlift provide access to easy slopes. Easy slopes also lead down from the 8-person Schwarzeck chairlift and the Schoenbuehl quad chairlift. The Loderbichl pommel lift at Loderbichl (mountain station of the Loferer Almbhan I lift) provides access to a practice slope. The valley run is an intermediate slope, so pure beginners should take the gondola back down to the valley. The practice lift at the base station and the 140 m long Almenwelt magic carpet can be used for free.
