The ski resort is located in Berchtesgaden National Park. The modern lifts are very energy efficient. There is a charging point for electric vehicles right next to the base station. Conservation areas have been created for forests and wildlife. Skiing through the forest is prohibited. Buses run to the Jennerbahn lift.
