The Grandvalira ski resort is located in the eastern part of Andorra. It borders directly on the French border in Pas de la Casa. Guests coming from France can enter the ski resort right here. The ski resort is about 6 km away from Andorra la Vella, the capital of Andorra. Guests from Spain normally pass through Andorra la Vella and the nearest entry point from here is Encamp (Funicamp funitel gondola lift). However, there is no valley run to Encamp. Many guests drive further to El Tarter. There is a valley run here and many paved parking lots (free of charge). Additional entry points are in Canillo, Soldeu as well as Grau Roig. Grau Roig offers many free parking spaces.
