The paper trail map depicts the entire ski resort exactly and clearly. The lift names are on the map and are also included along the side with pictograms showing the type of lift and transport capacity. The slopes and huts are numbered and there is a list of the huts including names, numbers and telephone numbers. A legend explains the pictograms and defines the markings on the map. On the back, important telephone numbers and other interesting information regarding events, night skiing, ski buses and special offers are included.

The sign-posting system in the ski resort is not completely uniform, but the directions and destinations are marked clearly, even between the different areas of the ski resort. At the base stations and at some of the mountain stations, there are also electronic boards with real-time information. The operating times are clearly displayed at the lifts along with a clock and usually a thermometer. Dangerous spots, such as intersections and the ends of the slopes, are marked with information signs. Places where visibility is hindered are marked with large signs warning skiers to slow down.
