You can't get better than Mont Bisanne for beginners. It is gently sloped and open. The slopes are wide and merge into another gentle slope on the other side. There are no drop offs, no cliffs, nothing that will frighten anyone. The chalets of Les Saisies surround the slopes, which means that it is not far from these accommodations to the slopes making the path to becoming a ski professional that much easier. Of course, a smaller resort would also be enough for beginners, but thanks to the point ticket, you don't have to pay for lifts you don't use. Those who can manage a basic curve can ski throughout almost the entire Espace Diamant resort because all villages (with the exception of Hauteluce and Flumet Les Seigneurs) are accessible via easy slopes.

  The ESF in Les Saisies offers a complete ski school program: Childcare, children's ski school, ski courses (group or private), freestyle and snowboard instruction, cross-country lessons, ski tours and snow shoe tours, telemark, biathlon, courses for the handicapped and even a ski taxi for those who wish to be chauffeured across the slopes by a ski instructor.
