Gastronomy/Eating at the ski resort Disentis

There are multiple restaurants distributed throughout the ski resort. The Caischavedra and Lai Alv restaurants are large self-service establishments. The "Stiva Pius" full-service restaurant is integrated into the Caischavedra restaurant. The Bar Nevada is a full-service umbrella bar which serves snacks. There is also a restaurant at the base near the Skiwiese Sax practice area.

In the Caischavedra mountain restaurant at 1863 m

In addition to the self-service restaurant, Caischavedra also offers a full-service section. The Stiva Pius à-la-carte restaurant spoils its guests with daily rotating menus including large meat dishes with homemade pasta. The highlight is the wonderful panoramic view over the upper Surselva.

Bergrestaurant Lai Alv

Near Lai Alv at 2506 m, directly on the slope

Guests can enjoy a gorgeous panoramic view all the way to the Medelser Glacier from the large sun terrace. The self-service restaurant offers Grison specialties as well as daily rotating Swiss specialties.
