The ski resort of Catinaccio is very family-friendly. Ciampedie is the heart of the ski resort and this is also the main area for families. This natural terrace at 2,000 metres has a large children's area run by the ski school, a large children’s park (playground & daycare), a free moving carpet and lots of easy slopes. The mascot Lauri is always part of the action. The easy and intermediate slopes are ideal for the whole family.

The Skischule Vigo operates a large children’s area in Ciampedie. Several moving carpets and fun figures provide an ideal introduction to skiing. Advanced junior skiers can develop their skills in ski lessons on the easy slopes at the child-safe Campo Scuola Ciampedie chairlift.
Lauri/Ciampedie children's park (playground & daycare)
The Lauri children’s park in Ciampedie is a large playground in the snow with bouncy castles, slides, play equipment, a children's carousel, snow-tubing and much more. Children can also be cared for here while parents go skiing.
