Beitostølen offers well-groomed cross-country trails. Some of the trails lead to the Jotunheimen National Park and feature magnificent views. The cross-country World Cup Arena in Beitostølen is considered the best in Norway and is internationally recognized. The Arena is not far from the center of Beitostølen. When an event is not taking place, the trails are open to the public.
There is also a five kilometer long floodlit trail that is open every evening until 10 PM.
