Route planner Andermatt/Oberalp/Sedrun

Access Andermatt/Oberalp/Sedrun & on-site parking

The ski resort of Andermatt/Sedrun is located in the cantons of Uri and Graubünden/Grisons. In winter, there is no link between Andermatt (Uri) and Sedrun (Graubünden/Grisons) via the Oberalp Pass (closed in winter). Access to the ski resort is therefore from either Uri or Graubünden/Grisons. Andermatt is located almost directly at the Göschenen exit of the A2 motorway. The car parks in Andermatt (payable) are just a few minutes’ drive. For Sedrun, from the Reichenau/Disentis exit of the A13 motorway, you drive for 60 kilometres or so on a well-constructed road through the valley to the base station in Dieni (Sedrun). You can park in payable car parks here.

Winter Closure

The Oberalp Pass, Furka Pass and Gotthard Pass are closed in winter. Travelling from the Sedrun/Disentis/Mustér/Flims direction, the road to Andermatt is closed. From Wallis/Valais, the road is also closed. A regular train loading service runs through the Furka Tunnel. From Italy, you drive through the Gotthard Tunnel.
