Winter in Trentino – a perfect mix of Italian lifestyle and Alpine tradition. Ski and winter sports fans will certainly enjoy themselves here. Discover the attractive winter offers now!
Already as of the end of November, two of the biggest ski carousels in the Alps begin turning in the Trentino Dolomites: Dolomiti Superski in the East and Skirama Dolomiti Adamello-Brenta in the West with the newly opened Madonna di Campiglio ski area (150 km of connected slopes). Together they provide access to approx. 850 kilometres of optimally prepared slopes in Trentino with more than 300 modern lifts. On top of this, there are 500 kilometres of groomed cross-country tracks in 20 cross-country centres. And: 2,380 ski and snowboard instructors as well as approx. 200 mountain guides give their best every day in order to ensure safe winter fun for guests.

In the North of the Italian province, the Brenta group and the wild Dolomites promise breathtaking natural spectacles. UNESCO recognized this as well and added parts of the mountain chain to the list of landscapes worthy of protection in June of 2009. The reason given by the jury is their “exceptionally beautiful landscape and their geological uniqueness”.
Winter holiday makers are not the only ones to appreciate the first-class winter sport possibilities in Trentino, but also the Deutsche Skilehrerverband DSLV (German Ski Instructor’s Federation). Thanks to the promising partnership between the Northern Italian province and the DVLS, many winter events are taking place: for example, the Freeride seminar for ski and snowboard instructors.
