Cosy mountain huts and modern restaurants are spread throughout the ski resort. There is a good balance of self-service and table-service restaurants. Most mountain huts offer mainly local specialities and have large sun terraces. The Zillertal Arena has picked up on to the trend and is increasingly focusing on high-quality restaurants with high-quality dining and lounges.

Wiesenalm

At the Wiesenalm middle station in Zell am Ziller at 1,309 metres

The Wiesenalm is the highlight in the Zillertal Arena. The rustic Almstube, the elegant Wiesenstube and the Wiesenlounge invite you to relax for a while. In the Meisterwurz Bar, you can enjoy a stronger drink. The sun terrace offers beautiful views over the Zillertal valley. The culinary offering at the Wiesenalm is impressive too. Visitors can enjoy very good food and fine wines.

Larmachalm

At the base station of the Lamarchbahn lift in Königsleiten at 1,980 metres

Newly renovated ski hut with an impressive terrace. Self-service and table-service restaurant with barbecue chicken station on the terrace. Visitors can enjoy stylish drinks and dishes in the Larmach Lounge.

Bergrestaurant Gipfeltreffen

At the mountain station of the Dorfbahn 2 lift in Königsleiten at 2,300 metres

One of the highest restaurants in the Zillertal Arena ski resort with a sun terrace and high-quality food and drinks. A wine lounge adds the finishing touch. Unique: cheese fondue in the fondue gondola.

Königsleitner Skistüberl

In Königsleiten at the Sonnenkopf run at 1,580 metres

The Königsleitner Skistüberl is located in the Der Königsleitner hotel and offers Tyrolean specialities all day long in the cosy restaurant or on the sun terrace.

Kreuzjoch Alm

In Zell am Ziller between the Hanser X-Press and Kreuzjoch X-Press at 2,100 metres

Home-made specialities, from goulash soup to Jausenbrettl to Kaiserschmarrn. The Käsespätzle (cheesy pasta) served in the pan is highly recommended. Emphasis is still placed on local dishes here. There are also beautiful views of the Zillertal valley from the sun terrace. You can really enjoy the sunset here.

Rössl Alm

At the middle station of the Dorfbahn Gerlos lift at 1,600 metres

Rustic and cosy mountain hut with a high quality standard. Après-ski with a DJ starts from 3 pm.

At the Krummbachabfahrt run in Gerlos at 1,475 metres

In Zell am Ziller at 1,880 metres at runs 16 and 17

In the Schmankerlhütte Kreuzwiesenalm, you can look forward to high-quality local specialities in a traditional, cosy and relaxing ski hut atmosphere. The Hüttenfrühstück (hut breakfast) should not be missed.

Rosi's Schnitzelhütte

At the Sportabfahrt run number 18 at 1,780 metres

You can enjoy hearty Tyrolean fare in Rosi's Schnitzlhütte, with the largest schnitzels in the area, home-made pastry dishes and home-brewed schnapps. The perfect place to relax beside the cosy tiled stove.

Seppi's Mountain Club

On the Isskogel in Gerlos at 1,850 metres

Seppi's Gerlos opened in 1967 as the first restaurant in the ski resort. Whether on the table-service terrace, in the pizzeria, lounge or après-ski umbrella bar - Seppi's has something for everyone. The fantastic views and unique atmosphere make Seppi’s a very special place in the Zillertal Arena.
