There are very good huts and restaurants throughout the entire ski resort of Zermatt, Breuil-Cervinia and Valtournenche. On the Zermatt side, there are some exclusive huts with excellent cuisine and drinks. Some of the Zermat huts are also listed in the GaultMilau gourmet guide. Of course, there are also rustic huts, large sun terraces and self-service restaurants distributed throughout the resort. The ski huts in Italy serve mainly Italian cuisine. The prices are a bit lower in Italy.

Bergrestaurant Fluhalp

On the Fluh slope at 2616 m

The Fluhalp is a charming mountain hut with friendly employees and high quality cuisine (truffle and lamb specialties). Live music is also featured here (Fluhalp house band) a few times a week. The sun terrace and the view of the Matterhorn are unbeatable.

The Stafelalp is a fine mountain restaurant with a unique view of the northern face of the Matterhorn. Located a bit away from the action on the Hirli, you can enjoy lamb specialties and very good wines.

Adler Hitta

On the Easy Run ski slope on the Alp Findeln at 2220 m

The traditional restaurant with sun terrace is famous for its hospitality. Urs and Theres Zumtaugwald serve Valais and international specialties here. The restaurant provides its guests with an authentic mountain hut atmosphere and a breath-taking view of the Matterhorn.

The Gandegghütte is located directly on the Theodul Glacier with a breath-taking view of the Breithorn, Klein Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and the Matterhorn. Local specialties and the lovingly created "Gandegg" house coffee round off the offering.
