Zermatt, Breuil-Cervinia and Valtournenche are all very suitable for families and children.

Zermatt is child and family friendly and has good offers. Children under 9 ski for free. Youth skiers received a 50% discount until the end of their 15th year and ski for free on Saturdays. There is the large Wolli beginner park on the Sunnegga and a large beginner park and children's area on the Riffelberg. The slow slopes are also ideal for families because they are very wide, easy and fast skiing is not allowed. The whole family will feel secure here. Slow slopes are available on the Sunnegga, Gornergrat and at the Schwarzsee.

In Breuil-Cervinia and Valtournenche, there are large children's areas with practice areas and large playgrounds. Easy slopes surround the children's areas.

Children's area Breuil-Cervinia

The children's area with magic carpet and playgrounds is located at the base in Breuil-Cervinia at the Cretaz chairlift. The "Scuola Sci del Cervino" ski school offers ski courses for children as well as a "Kid Zone". If the children are too young to ski, they can play in the large playground in the snow.

Salette children's area

The children's area is located in Saletta at the mountain station of the Gondola lift from Valtournenche. In addition to the large "Wild West Zone" playground, there are multiple magic carpets for practicing. The entire area is sunny and secure. A snowtubing run provides even more fun.
