The transportation of skiers and snowboarders is mainly with modern lifts. Use of the free ski buses is strongly supported. There are garbage cans with sections for separating waste in the parking lots. The ski resort also considers the environment and actively protects the area's wildlife with the "Respektiere deine Grenzen" program.

• No direct train connection
  From Salzburg with the regional train line to Radstadt or Altenmarkt and from there with scheduled bus or ski bus to Flachauwinkl or Zauchensee.

• Scheduled buses
• Ski buses circulate during the entire winter season between Radstadt, Altenmarkt, and Flachau, Flachauwinkl and back. Another ski bus line travels to Radstadt, Altenmarkt, Zauchensee and back. The bus schedules are adjusted to fit main and off-seasons, snow conditions and lift opening times. Use of the ski buses to and from the stations in the ski resort is free of charge for skiers and snowboarders.
