Beginners can use the Sunny Kids Park with its tow rope and covered people mover. The beginner area is easy to access from the mountain station of the funicular. Beginners can also ski the slopes on the Schwarzeck and those near the Teichlboden. The Gammering quad chairlift provides access to the long and easy Gammering slope - 4.5 km long leading down to the base station. The slopes on the Frauenkar are taboo for beginners.
