A great deal of energy is required to create optimum snow conditions in an indoor ski area. All of the electricity used in the ski hall is produced by a photovoltaic system. There is also a combined heat and power plant. The neighbouring biogas plant provides heating for the entire building. There are also charging points for electric vehicles at the ski hall.
