The Alpensporthotel Mutterberg, located directly at the base station of the Stubai Glacier, is the only hotel. Most holiday guests stay in the Stubaital in the villages belonging to Neustift. Many ski buses provide transportation to the ski resort. You can also stay the night up in the ski resort at the Dresdner Huette near the Fernau middle station.

There are only a few accommodations with direct access to the slopes and to lifts (Ski-in/Ski-out)
