There are 6 different restaurants within MATHIS FOOD AFFAIRS: The free-flow self-service restaurant, "Buetschella" with a Marché concept, the friendly, family restaurant, "Brasserie" with regional specialties from the Cucina della Valle, the lounge restaurant, "De Faet Moonk" with "Contemporary Alpine Cuisine", the "Terrazza", a wind-protected terrace restaurant with service that offers Mathis classics, as well as "La Marmite", Europe's highest gourmet restaurant with legendary truffle and caviar specialties.
