Slope grooming/preparation Spitzingsee-Tegernsee

Test result 3 out of 5 stars

Evaluated by Skiresort.info, the world's largest test portal for ski resorts.
The evaluation is done as follows

Slope preparation Spitzingsee-Tegernsee

The slope preparation is satisfactory.

The main runs are groomed well, but the intersections and bottlenecks could be prepared a bit better. In the afternoon, the Stuempfling run can become pretty hilly in the lower section, which can be very strenuous for beginners and tired advanced skiers.

General note: By new snow, an optimal slope prepartion is not always possible, even with a large effort. In addition, the new snow can not combine with the snow lying underneath and moguls are created quickly. For safety reasons, usually no slope preparation is possible during operating times.
