Advanced skiers will get their money's worth in Snowmass. The runs on the Hanging Valley Wall, the Frog Pond Glades and the Hanging Valley Glades are difficult to extremely steep runs through the forest. The Cirque Headwall offers extremely steep runs through rocky walls and they are not for the weak at heart. There are also many difficult, gladed runs to be found on Sam's Knob and Big Burn.
