The lower part of the ski resort is very well suited for beginners. Easy slopes lead from Elk Camp Meadows all the way to Sam's Knob. The Elk Camp Meadows Learning Area, Assay Hill and Fanny Hill are ideal slopes for beginners. The upper part of the ski resort is better suited for advanced skiers.
