Children and families SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental/family offers SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental

In the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, there are four completely free practice areas in the valley. The free facilities are ideal for families: SkiWelt Itter (practice lift Salvista & Mitterwieslift), SkiWelt Söll (Hexenwiese area), SkiWelt Westendorf (practice area) and SkiWelt Hopfgarten (practice area). The ski schools also operate large children's areas with moving carpets and practice lifts in all villages in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The children's areas are located either in the valley or at the mountain stations of the gondola lifts. There are also several childcare facilities for children over 5 months of age. Several child-safe chairlifts transport children safely up the mountain. A ride on the Hans im Glück 10-person gondola lift in Hochsöll is a magical experience. The exterior of every second gondola features an image from the “Hans im Glück” (Hans in Luck) fairy-tale. The Hans im Glück Skiparcours obstacle course leads down to the gondola base station. Floodlit toboggan runs with snow-making capabilities in Ellmau and Söll are another big attraction for families. There are also lots of adventure slopes and attractive ski pass deals for families. The highlights in Söll include: Raven’s Rallye, a birthday witch experience for children, witches’ winter programme and winter night witchcraft. The Scheffau ski school has also developed the first children’s ski from a 3D printer in the Kinderkaiserland children's area for the 2021/22 winter season.
