Gastronomy/Eating at the ski resort Silvretta Montafon

Silvretta Montafon offers a first-class dining scene with high-quality cuisine and cosy ski huts. There is usually a choice of self-service or table-service. Large sun terraces and umbrella bars distributed all over the ski resort complete the selection. Since the 2016/2017 season, there have been three key focuses: bread, water, wine. Specialities from these categories are now offered in restaurants operated by the lift company.

Valisera Hüsli

At the Valisera mountain station at 2,100 metres

The traditional log building near the mountain station of the Valisera lift feels very welcoming and comfortable with its ceramic stoves. The tasty home cooking and traditional specialities add to the feeling of being ideally looked after. You can enjoy your meal either inside or on the sunny terrace.

Nova Stoba

At the mountain station of the Versettlabahn lift at 2,010 metres

The largest mountain restaurant in the Alps is located 2,010 metres above sea level near the Versettla lift. Whether in the table-service restaurant with a terrace on the top floor or in the self-service restaurant with a sun terrace on the ground floor, the outstanding cuisine includes a wide selection of excellent national and international dishes. Music, fun and a great atmosphere in the open air make the well-known Sternbar a popular place among all après-ski fans.

The highest wine bar in Vorarlberg is located on the first floor of the Nova Stoba. It offers a selection of over 100 wines.

Bella Nova

At the Valisera mountain station

The Bella Nova mountain restaurant next to the mountain station of the Valisera lift at 2,100 metres above sea level serves Italian specialities. In fine weather, the entire glass front can be opened. The large sun terrace and outdoor bar offer après-ski with lively music right at the edge of the slope.

Kapellrestaurant

At the mountain station of the Hochjochbahn lift at 1,850 metres

The Kapellrestaurant has a self-service area as well as the S'Pfennili table-service restaurant on the 1st floor. You can enjoy culinary highlights from near and far here. Surrounded by captivating mountain scenery, the Sonnenbar invites you to relax at the end of a day on the slopes with après-ski and lively music or simply to enjoy the sun on the large sun terrace.

Near the base station in Gaschurn at the valley run

The Alte Talstation invites diners to enjoy burgers and soul food accompanied by good music in a special place. The name has a historic significance. In the middle of the last century, the first chairs from the former Versettla lift came in and out of here.

Wormser Hütte

At 2,307 metres, below the Kreuzjoch

This hut welcomes skiers in winter with its cosy dining room and Austrian specialities. From the sun terrace, you can enjoy amazing views of the surrounding mountain panorama. The hut also offers overnight accommodation in the heart of the ski resort.
