The ski resort of Racines-Giovo (Ratschings-Jaufen) offers a very good mixture of beautiful hill farms, rustic ski huts and restaurants. Restaurants are distributed throughout the entire ski resort. You can also stop off for a break at the base station. The ski huts are table service, the large restaurant is self service. The owners focus on local ingredients and recipes, from light to hearty, sweet to savoury.

Wasserfalleralm

At the mountain station of the Wasserfalleralm chairlift at 1,903 metres

The Wasserfalleralm has very attractive premises on the upper floor. Diners can enjoy South Tyrolean specialities and high-quality cuisine here. The wine cellar is well stocked.

Bergrestaurant Rinneralm

At the mountain station of the Racines-Giovo (Ratschings-Jaufen) cable car at 1,830 metres

The Bergrestaurant Rinneralm has a large self-service area and a lovely table-service area in the Zirmstube lounge. The dishes are freshly prepared even in the self-service area.
