Beginners Perisher

The ski resort of Perisher is a beginners’ paradise. Almost the entire ski resort can be explored on fairly easy and easy slopes. Perfect practice slopes can be found beside the car parks in Smiggin Holes and Perisher Centre. In Smiggin Holes, there are moving carpets and lots of easy slopes. The Perisher Centre/Front Valley also offers attractive conditions with wide and easy slopes, some moving carpets and special slopes for slow skiing. Around the Blue Cow Terminal, there are more easy slopes with practice lifts and a moving carpet. The connections between Smiggin Holes, Perisher Center/Front Valley, Back Perisher Mountain, Blue Cow Terminal and Guthega can all be skied on easy slopes. Only the slopes on Mt. Perisher and Mt. Blue Cow are not necessarily suitable for beginners. The Perisher Snowsports School also offers lessons for all ability levels.
