The ski resort Passo dello Stelvio (Stelvio Pass) is located in the Alta Valtellina (Italy, Lombardy, Valtellina). Other roads lead up to the pass from Switzerland and from Bormio. The Stelvio Pass itself is located in the Lombardy region, but the ski resort is mostly in South Tyrol.
