There is a good selection of mountain restaurants and ski huts in the Schilthorn ski resort. From the Piz Gloria revolving restaurant and from the Bistro Birg, you can enjoy breath-taking views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Swiss specialties are often served in the wait-staffed areas, but it is also possible to stop for a quick bite to eat (i.e. in the Skyline Shop & Bar Mürren or Quick Corner Birg).

360°-Restaurant Piz Gloria

The restaurant is located directly at the peak of the Schilthorn.

The restaurant spins completely around in about 45 minutes. The view of over 200 mountain peaks including the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau is spectacular. The restaurant with wait service serves snacks as well as regional dishes and the very popular James Bond Brunch is offered daily.

Bistro Birg

At the Birg middle station of the Mürren-Schilthorn cable car lift at 2676 m

The large sun terrace with spectacular views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau should not be missed. The Skyline Walk over the vertical drop supplies extra thrills. At Bistro Birg, you can choose between a self-service and wait-staffed area.

Schiltgrathüsi

On the Schiltgrad at 2145 m at the chairlift (next to the blue Gimmeln slope)

The small, rustic hut fascinates with a gorgeous view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Cakes and soups as well as simple cuisine can be enjoyed on the sunny terrace.
