New at Moelltal Glacier (Mölltaler Gletscher)

2013/2014

NEW determination of slope length

We as the Schultz Gruppe, as well as all lift companies, welcome the initiative for a European-wide and transparent process for the determination of slope lengths. We have reevaluated and redetermined the effective length of our slopes (diagonal line) according to the recommendation of the Austrian Cable Car Association from 28.May 2013. The reduction in slope kilometers results from the previous inclusion of cross slopes and the combination of various slope possibilities as well as the multiple use of extra-wide slopes due to a lack of a uniform rules. We emphasize that the reduction is only due to the calculation method and that no slopes have been taken away. On the contrary, we are committed to the further expansion and modernization of the slopes and lifts in our ski resort.
